Bio: Yoga & Thai Yoga
I started my journey 20+ years ago when I sought “more” from my physical exercise program. I found Bikram Yoga. This was the start of my journey to become awakened and aware. I continued to study with experiences in Yoga lineages such as Ingar, Jivamukti, Anusara, Ashtanga and Hatha yoga styles. The time on my mat was a time of exploration, refection and deep feelings. Each Asana has several intricacies that need to be explored one at one time, each with new awareness and joy to find yet another “part” of self. I like to help others find these details in their postures of yoga to explore a deeper level of peace in the pose, focus and joy on the mat, with their body and in life. I have been a certified Yoga Instructor since 2008 and a Thai Yoga therapist since 2017. Yoga, stretching and Thai yoga all have great benefits for the body, mind and spirit.
