Yoga Secrets

Yoga is a series of Asanas (poses/postures) that can help stretch the muscles, ligaments and core body.  Practicing yoga can clear your mind, bring focus, lend to a calm energy and create a deeper awareness of self and others.  One study revealed that 1 hour of yoga can increase Gabba (a calming neurotransmitter that occurs naturally in the body) levels by 28%!  One on one instruction helps you understand the posture at a deeper level and how you can use different techniques to get deeper into the posture and gain greater benefit for your body.  I have a wealth of Yoga Secrets( link to video) to teach you!!  If you want to get more from your practice or are just beginning, I can assist you in finding the secret to many postures and help to make your practice more meaningful.
