Stretch & Release Therapies

Thai Yoga Therapy

Thai Yoga Therapy is applied to the fully clothed body with use of oils. Hands, feet, elbows and knees are the tools of the Thai Therapist. The therapist uses compression and rhythmic movement of the body to safely press, twist, and s t r e t c h your body. The therapy can be directed toward specific body areas (1 hour) or full body (1.5 -2 hours).

Passive/Assisted Stretch Therapy

Passive/assisted stretch therapy is for those that need assistance in stretching.  The therapist does all the work so that the muscles of the body can relax in total while the specified muscles are stretched.  Each stretch will target a different set of muscles.
