Adhesion Release Methods
Nerve Adhesions such as Sciatic, Femoral, Iliohypogastric, Gluteal, cluneal, spinal nerve roots, occipital and more nerves all over out body can cause the nerve to stop gliding, get stuck and cause pain and /or less mobility.
Connective Tissue Adhesion such as muscular, ligament or tendons like Scalenes, Psoas/iliacus tendon, quadracept, Subscapularus
Abdominal/Visceral Adhesions can contribute to back, hip, shoulder pain, loss of mobility, and digestive & elimination discomfort.
Things that can contribute to adhesions in our body are trauma, surgery, sports, injury, and emotional trauma.
Depending on how long the adhesions have been there can contribute to how many it will take to release all the contributing adhesions. Usually you will feel some relief immediately. No promises but that has been my experience.
This has been the most beneficial physical treatment for pain and mobility I have encountered. This is a hands on treatment. !st treatment is scheduled for 1 hour for testing ad subsequent treatments are 30-45 min depending on the extent of work we need to do.
Please wear LOOSE shorts and t shirt/tank, or bring with you to change into. If we are working on Sciatic I need to expose the bottock. Please understand this is not a passive treatment. You will be involved in movement. It may be helpful if you are limited in moblity to bring someone with you to help you in sessions.
